FAQ

Booking, Billing & Production Details

Do you carry insurance (COI)?
Yes. Continuum Productions LLC carries its own production insurance.
For larger productions, network shoots, or union-covered projects, audio crew are often included under the production’s master COI.
A Certificate of Insurance can be provided upon request, or coordinated with production as needed.

If your production has specific union, insurance, or network requirements, please include details in your quote form inquiry.

What are your payment terms?

Invoices are issued after services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Standard payment terms are NET 60.
For larger or multi-day bookings, a deposit or advance may be required.

How do you invoice?

Invoices are issued digitally and include:

    Itemized service breakdown

Dates of service

Gear and equipment provided

Applicable travel, labor, or overtime adjustments

Multiple payment methods are available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations within 24–48 hours of the scheduled call time may be subject to a partial or full day rate, depending on scope and prep involved.

How do revisions work for post-production?

Post-production projects include a reasonable number of revision passes as part of the quoted scope.
Additional revisions or scope changes outside the original agreement may be billed separately.

Do you work solo or with a team?

Most productions are handled as a solo operator.
For larger shoots, additional crew (boom operators, utility, A2s) can be provided through a trusted network of union professionals or collogues with similar experience.

Are you travel-ready?

Yes. Based in Wisconsin / Northern Illinois, and available for all national (or international, valid passport-ready) travel with advance notice.

Travel, lodging, and per diem are quoted as needed.

What if I’m not sure what I need?
